this herb blend should be made as an infusion:
add a handful to a glass quart jar. fill to the top with boiling water and seal tightly. strain after at least 4 hours, or leave overnight. be sure to squeeze the herbs while straining to get all the nourishing minerals out! store in the fridge and drink within a day or two.
