herbal bath salts for nourishing the maiden, mother, and elder.

these beautiful baths include colorful vibrant herbs to honor every life stage mixed into a healing salt blend for soaking in peace - this blend is meant to create sacred space around women’s bodies, whether during pregnancy, a time of stress, special celebrations or just normal every days.

mix the herbs and salts together and scoop or pour however much you like into the bath. a half a cup or 1/4 of the jar seems to work well, but you can add more or less as you like.

*pouring this beautiful mix straight into the bath creates a sensual, fragrant, and grounded experience floating within the plants. we love to experience it this way! but it does leave herbs on your skin. just take a strainer and skim the water when you’re done and brush off any flowers or herbs remaining on your body after you rinse off. if you’d prefer not to have the herbs floating in the water, just brew the bath mix in a pot of hot water on the stove and strain before pouring into the bath.*

these herbs are carefully sourced to be the freshest and most delicious we can find. we gather and dry herbs in our home garden, as well as source from local regenerative farmers whenever we can. we seek out plants grown using sustainable, nutrient dense methods, and harvest at the peak of their potency.
all our ingredients are always organically produced, though not all are certified.
