chaste tree berry is a well known fertility herb - it works in synchronicity with your individual hormone system to create balance wherever there may be disequilibrium. it helps regulate moon cycles, repair disruption in the flow of hormones, and support new pregnancies.
rosehips are high in bioavailable vitamin c, a super important nutrient for conception and the rose plant carries many traditional women's stories of love, sex, fertility, and new life.
red raspberry leaf and nettle are powerful female allies in reproductive health, well nourished pregnancies, and postpartum care.
these herbs tone the uterus, ease nausea and cramps in early pregnancy, and are rich in minerals - especially calcium, iron, potassium and vitamins K, B, D, C, and A.

this herb blend should be made as an infusion:
add a handful (around an ounce) to a glass quart jar. fill to the top with boiling water and seal tightly. strain after at least 4 hours, or leave overnight. be sure to squeeze the herbs while straining to get all the nourishing minerals out! store in the fridge and drink within a day or two.

drink up to a quart a day, or as your body asks of you. this tea blend is safe to consume through early pregnancy - follow your own body wisdom.
